My name is Tracye L. Love Chandler and I am a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) with over (20) years of experience working with children, adolescents, adults and families. Currently I’m the Executive Director at Love and Associates Wellness Services, PLLC (LWS) located in the historic Greenwood District in Downtown Tulsa. I am also an adjunct Professor at Tulsa Community College teaching developmental psychology and Introduction to psychology.
I am active in my church, a member of Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority Inc, a volunteer with Big Brothers and Sisters and a board member of the OKPTA.
In addition to my personal relationship with God, advocating for children and families is very important to me and giving back to the community is key…my favorite quote is “Live and Let God”!
Margaret M. Love has worked in the community and surrounding areas with all ages for over 30 (+) years. She is known as a community advocate, resource specialist and has worked closely with DHS and other state agencies. Ms. Love is an adjunct professor at Langston University Tulsa, teaches other older Americans to care for themselves as well as advocates for grandparent raising grandparents. Ms. Love serves on various community committees as well as state level boards and can often be spotted in the Tulsa Word speaking out in regards to what she believes to be right as she advocates for all “young and old”. She is retired from Life Senior Services & The Alzheimer’s Association but says “I have to stay busy to maintain my brain” and “helping other is my life’s goal”.
Dr. Dana Fitzgerald is a US Veteran and has worked in the mental health field since 1987 in various capacities. She started out as a psych tech, then moved into administration, to case management and now as a Licensed Alcohol & Drug Counselor (LADC). She holds three degrees in Counseling Psychology; a Doctorate of Education, a Masters of Arts and Bachelor of Arts. Dr. Dana has recently obtained LADC/MH status and has obtained her certification as an ADSAC DUI Assessor. She is working on obtaining her certification as an ADSAC Facilitator as well.
Dr. Dana is also nationally certified through the National Guild of Hypnosis. She is trained in Heart-Centered Hypnotherapy which combines hypnosis with traditional counseling modalities to help clients overcome issues associated with PTSD and where traditional therapy alone has not worked. Through her work experience, Dr. Dana has developed many therapeutic talents over the years working with PTSD, trauma, sexual abuse, addiction and serious mental illness. For those interested in digging deeper into their past, Dr. Dana also practices regression therapy to include past life regression combined with traditional therapeutic modalities. Dr. Dana’s approach to therapy is a holistic one, treating the mind, body and spirit.
Dana Dodson is a Licensed Professional Counselor with over 15 years of experience working with young people and adults is public service fields. Currently Dana serves as the Behavioral Health Quality Assurance Manager at Love and Associates. In her own words:
In essence, I help assess and assure that the company remains in compliance with laws and regulations. I review charts, spot check notes and provide training and professional growth activities for all providers. I develop tools to help clinicians figure out how to make their job more meaningful and effective. I help make Love and Associates into a Behavioral Health powerhouse that effects lasting, positive change in the lives of its consumers.
Izetta Gibson is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and Licensed Alcohol Drug Counselor with over 13 years of experience working with a diverse population challenged by issues of chronic homelessness, mental health and substance abuse disorders. Izetta has worked with individuals and their families to identify and resolve barriers that prevent stability in their lives. In her current position as Wellness Coordinator for Love and Associates Wellness services. Her primary role is to develop activities and modify work environments and policies to support the health and well-being of employees. In addition to the benefits for employees, positive benefits are likely to accrue to families of employees, resulting in better health for families and the community.
Nick Dodson has worked with young people in public, charter and government educational institutions for over 17 years. Nick has worked in the Mental Health field for the past 4 years and is now training others to be the best helpers they can be. He currently serves Love and Associates Wellness Services as the Director of Behavioral Innovation and Training and BHCM Supervisor focusing on educating himself and co-workers in the best practices for behavioral rehabilitation and case management for those suffering the symptoms of mental health issues. A certified teacher from Early Childhood to 12th grade, Love and Logic facilitator, and certified Managing Aggressive Behavior trainer, Nick brings a variety of experiences and skills to the agency.
D’Andria Crooms “Dee-Dee” has worked and managed an office for the past (8) years. She has worked most recently in the educational field as principal’s secretary and always maintained an office atmosphere that was friendly and welcoming. Dee-Dee is very personable, friendly and organized, she always has a smile on her face and will do whatever she can to help the next person. She is mother, knowledgeable of community resources and here to help.
